If the day your order arrives you are not present to receive it, the carrier will be authorized to leave it at the gate or with someone who is at the indicated address. - International orders (outside Colombia): The products will be shipped through FedEx or any external logistics operator contracted by MAR DE LUA . The logistics operator is responsible for the safe delivery of the products and at the agreed times. We have a delivery time of 3 to 15 business days, counted from the day after the order is placed, which may vary due to withholdings or delays in customs or local authorities. All customs assessed duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
